All Children Not Exercising the Same Time-Sharing Plan

There are times when our “tried and true” Child Support Guidelines (now well over twenty years old) can not answer to unique and contemporary situations. One such instance is that of a split residence scenario. Such a situation occurs when the children in question exercise a time sharing schedule which varies as to the parent and the time spent with each. This article provides some guidance for the family law practioner.
